What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Online orders are automatically calculated upon checkout. We use a number of couriers to ship our products based on size, weight and quantity. For unique orders we can also arrange customised quotes. Please get in touch with a member of our sales team to enquire.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Delivery times vary depending on the size, weight and delivery location. Typically most items that are in stock will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving an order and tracking details will be provided via email.

Urgent delivery can be organised and our on site mobile tool shop can often be on site the same day.

How Do I Track My Order?

Online orders will recieve the tracking information via email or you can check the order status within your account portal on the website. If you still need help, simply get in touch with a sales team member.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

It’s recommended to setup a free account on This makes future orders a breeze but you can still buy from us without an account or in store.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver Australia Wide using a built in calculator. However we can also arrange custom delivery for unique or urgent orders. Please get in touch with a member of our sales team to enquire.

Do you deliver to PO BPX Addresses?

Yes, but only through Australia Post on small items. Generally, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery charges are dynamically calculated depending on the delivery postcode and the weight and dimensions of the products you place in your cart.

We use a combination of different couriers in order to provide you with fast and affordable service. You can also opt to collect from our store free of charge or request a custom shipping quote.

Can you deliver to an address different to my billing address?

Yes. When you place an order, you will have the option of using an alternative delivery address

Orders & Accounts FAQ's

I've forgotten my password for my Roncut Account, what can I do?

Go to “My account” section which is at the top right of the screen. Click on forgot your password and enter your email address. We will then send an email to you with your password details. If you get stuck, contact a member of our sales team to help.

I have made a mistake on my order, how can I cancel it?

Contact us immediately via phone or email. If your order has not been processed we will endeavour to cancel it. Otherwise you must follow our refund policy.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact Roncut directly.

How can I track my order?

When the goods are despatched you will receive a despatch confirmation email. The tracking number for your order is detailed out in the email along with the tracking link.

Click the link and enter the tracking number into the courier’s website to obtain the tracking information.

When can I expect to recieve my order?

We aim to despatch all orders as soon as possible and usually within 24 hrs with typical delivery times within 5 business days.

Delivery timeframes will then depend on your location. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us directly to see how we can help you.

What if I'm not at the delivery location when the item arrives?

The courier will leave a card with their details on it so you can contact them to re-arrange your delivery for a more convenient day.

For urgent orders that are brought out directly via the Roncut Mobile Tool Shop -an authorised person will need to be present to accept the order.

I still haven't received my order, what should I do?

You need to refer to the tracking information on your despatch email. Click the tracking link and enter the tracking details into the couriers website.

If you cannot locate your tracking information or you still have a question please contact us directly.

Products & Servicing FAQ's

Is it possible to purchase products that are out of stock?

Most products on the site cannot be ordered unless they are in stock. However, there are some items which we don’t always keep in stock. These items will be ordered in if you place an order for one.

For these items the delivery time displayed when you are checking out will increase.

Can I request an order for something not found on the website?

Yes, we have a large range of suppliers and don’t always stock everything they sell. Contact our sales team by email or phone and we will see if we can get you what you want.

How do I book a service or repair of my equipment?

Bookings require an email or a call to our sales staff. We will fit you in at the earliest possible convenience.

Alternatively you can drop the item off in person and we will organise a time with you.

How much do you charge for repair and/or servicing?

This depends on the item and availabilty of parts. Contact us directly to get a quote or estimation of the repair or servicing of your item.

Do you repair/service brands that you do not sell?

Yes, we have in-house mechanics who can repair virtually any builders equipment and machinery that you may have except for power tools such as Drills, Batteries etc.
